Sustainability Resort

As an appointed spatial designer of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), my task is to devise and propose environmentally conscious designs for both the pods and the entire site within the specified plot of land. This establishment will consist of eight modular cabins resembling large shipping containers, referred to as "pods." Among these, six pods will serve as accommodation rooms, while the remaining two pods will house various services. The concept focuses on eco-tourism, appealing to modern, environmentally conscious travellers, typically younger, middle-class individuals seeking affordable yet authentic experiences in natural settings. This destination also caters to seniors who prefer tranquil environments and less strenuous activities.
